Les Noyers

Les Noyers is suituated in the beautiful hilltop village of Curemonte, some 6 kms from Château D’Arnac. Curemonte is a medieval ‘Village de France’, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France.

The village of Curemonte is dominated by two outstanding châteaux, one of which was the winter retreat of the writer, Collette, during the 1940s. Curemonte has three restaurants, a weekly market and a delicious boulangerie.

Les Noyers has been carefully restored so the light and airy rooms are welcoming and full of character. The mature gardens and terraced areas allow you to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the benefits of outdoor living. To stroll through the winding streets of the medieval village on a warm evening allows you to appreciate a heritage, culture and ambiance that is very different from the bustle of modern life. Walk to a restaurant serving authentic regional cuisine or visit a market where the stalls are piled with local produce for your evening barbecue

Overlooking a wooded valley, the house has a large living room and fully fitted kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Off this is also a utility room and seperate WC.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms that sleep up to five people, one double bedroom en-suite, one room with twin beds and en-suite shower room, and one single bedroom.

The house also has a pretty terraced garden with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbeque all provided for your use throughout your stay.

Besides being an ideal house for spring and summer holidays, Les Noyers has a new central heating system and is available for longer rental during the winter months.
